Annual Meeting Committee |

| |
This committee is responsible
for the planning of the NAPP® Annual Meetings. The
committee is chaired by at least one officer and/or director. |

Audit Committee |

This committee is comprised
of two (2) members of the Board of Directors who are responsible
for reviewing the NAPP’s corporate governance; setting
staff salaries; investments; and establishing the budget. |

External Relations/Government
Affairs Committee |

| |
This committee is focused on
out-reach activities. In particular, it is responsible
for responding to U.S.P.T.O. requests for comment. The
committee is co-chaired by at least one director and/or
an officer. |

Newsletter Committee |
| |
| |
The newsletter is edited by
a volunteer practitioner member. Articles are contributed
by members of the NAPP. |

Membership/Internet Committee |
| |
| |
This committee is responsible
for activities associated with current members and member
recruitment. In particular, this committee is responsible
for overseeing Regional Chapter activities and the E-mail
Discussion Forums. The committee is co-chaired by at
least one director and/or an officer. |

Regional Chapters |
| |
| |
Regional Chapters have been established
in New Jersey, San Francisco, and Georgia. Establishment
is based on interest. Regional chapter chairs are
practitioner members who report to the Membership/Internet
Committee. |

Planning Committee |

| |
This committee sets long-term
objectives and is responsible for presenting long-term
objectives to the Directors. This committee is comprised
of at least one director and the President. |
